They offer exciting and interesting new challenges that we're more than happy to take on. Some of our past special projects range from mould casting/repair for finials and other decorative elements, to bridge repair to house lifts with hydraulic jacks. Whatever your special project may be, we'd be honored to take it on.Â
Outdoor Decks, Patios, and Bars
If you live in the Keys, whether you're seaside or on a dry lot, you likely spend alot of time outside and by the water. We can help you build your ideal patio, pool deck, sun deck, or outdoor bar for entertaining guests or relaxing after a long day boating. If you're looking to reinvent or update your outdoor space, we can help with that as well. Demolition
Not every building or structure can be saved, nor should they be sometimes. When a home or commercial structure is past the point of renovation or you simply need to make way for something else entirely, we will get rid of it for you. We'll oversee every part of your demolition project from utility shut-off to prep, to demo, to clean-up and dumping. When it needs to come down, we'll take it to the ground.Â
Spalling Repair
What is spalling? Spalling is the chipping or cracking of concrete, usually due to moisture intrusion leading to internal pressure.Â

What causes spalling? There are many causes of spalling. The primary cause of spalling in the keys is the rusting of internal rebar due to electrolysis caused by the region's high airborne salinity, high humidity, and warm temperature.Â

Explain electrolysis...electrolysis is the chemical process where chlorides ( salt) disrupts the alkaline environment of the concrete, creating a small electrical current in the rebar, turning the iron into iron oxide (rust). The rust expands the rebar, causing the concrete around it to crumble and crack.Â

Why repair and not just fill? The problem is internal, affecting the structural integrity of the concrete. Patching spalling will take away the eyesore, but will leave the problem to grow out of sight and potentially lead to significant structural damage to your property. Â

We will help diagnose and quote your spalling work at no cost unless it requires extensive engineering. It's best to look at spalling repair as preventative, like brushing your teeth to prevent cavities or filling a cavity to prevent a root canal.
Resin and ScenicÂ
 In addition to providing quality construction and demolition services, we now offer resin and scenic services for projects that require more artistry. This is a newly-added department for us, but our scenics come with backgrounds in film and themed entertainment. They carry a wealth of knowledge and experience to get the job done and deliver beautiful work.
 Resin surfaces have become increasingly popular for countertops, bartops, and floors. They are an affordable option to mimic stone and granite surfaces without the cost of the real thing.
  Want to liven your exterior or interior space? If you live in the keys ( or even south Florida and Orlando), chances are you've seen a gorgeous mural or some wall art. Art is popular in the keys. It draws the eye and transforms an otherwise plain surface into something truly unique and special.
